prepare your heart…for this moment & all that lies ahead.

practice keeping your heart open, tender, empathetic, kind, generous, compassionate, & brave. you’ll need it, others will need it, the world will need it.

our heart is the seat of our power which is love, so may we begin practicing, now.

“Our world needs us now. Other beings need our best efforts. The purpose of our life is to wake up, show up, and heed the call.”
