there is so much suffering.

may we be instruments of healing to a world in need.

each of us can examine how we speak, how we act, the energy we put out into the world.

we seldom fully see the full ripple effect of our words and actions.

are we adding love or harm?

how are we using our short time here in this life?

it all ends far too soon.
