as we let go of 2022 and embrace the possibilities of 2023, may our resolution, underlying all other resolutions, be one of arriving at each moment just as we are, befriending ourselves, and taking the leap into the inward journey of meeting life – the life within us – with curiosity, resilience, and grace. may our hearts continue to open and our minds be at ease. may our words and actions embody love, as instruments of tenderness and compassion in a world thirsty for healing and restoration.

deeper, deeper, and deeper may we go to the source of who we are, and may such wisdom bring meaning and purpose to our lives and the world around us.
