how inclusive is our love?

part of our practice is to expand the opening of our heart, to ever widening circles of inclusivity. love isn’t fully love unless it holds all, and it is only love which can hold all, and hold all with an open hand.what is it to love? to wish safety, wellness, happiness, and freedom from suffering for others, to know that we are all part of the same heartbeat within this infinite universe of existence. family, friends, neighbors.
