it is the one we most want to avoid, isn’t it? but just as you say – the most needed and fruitful. it is where we meet who we are, or as we hear often, who we are in God. i always loved that phrase. perhaps we are too afraid that it could be as good as it is, that Love and Grace could be so expansive to hold all of who we are – all that is seemingly broken and lost – all that is calling to be found or rediscovered.
