there’s a lot going on, in our personal lives, and in the world at large. so much suffering, but also much beauty and joy. the suffering can seem overwhelming, so many conflicts. it’s impossible to take it all on, but it is fully possible to make it clear where we are, to keep our hearts open where we are, to shine our light where we are.
