dear ones…
once you have seen
the Divine
everywhere
there is no going back
every bush is burning
the vast sea opens for you
birds sing with the voice
of a thousand angels
their song of Heaven
flowers
they bloom under your every step
all of nature holds court
bearing witness
to the beauty of such Love
to Life
and every heart is then
recognized as home to
The Beloved

i have seen God everywhere
in trees, dancing with wind that whispers and roars
in the eyes of my friends, and in waves crashing on shores
where there was once a single flame, i now see Rising Sun
where there was once morning dew, i see an Ocean of One
where can my heart hide from The Beloved?

today new additions
arrived
a goldfish
and
two hermit crabs
“kermit crabs”
from the mouth of my nephew
so now we have ~
a tortoise…named Turtle
a cat
three dogs
two kermit crabs
and a goldfish
not to forget
the family of humming birds
attending to the feeder
out back
or the many
many spiders who have
apparently
decided living with humans
is
the choicest of habitats
i love it!
all these faces of God
for my nephew
to learn to love
