ultimately, at least in part, fear is the basis for this desire we see to control, to exclude, to enact cruelty & harm. which is why, ultimately, they will fail. there is a power greater than the cruelty we are seeing & that power is love. we are seeing it in neighbors stepping out & up, even into harm’s way, to love their neighbors, with their bodily presence & voice.

hold onto & live from this truth: Love will have the final word.
