just a shout out to the Twin Cities & all of Minnesota for showing us, w/ their overwhelmingly peaceful protest & presence, what bravery looks like. bravery is indeed a practice. it is showing up again & again, despite fear, from a place of love. we are seeing that in Minnesota where even w/ the risk of being pepper sprayed in the face or assaulted, or detained, & even the possibility of being killed, neighbors are showing up for neighbors, bearing witness w/ phone cameras in hand, standing up & speaking out in solidarity, blowing whistles, & naming the harm while speaking truth to & in the face of abusive power. 

may this madness & cruelty end, & may we like the people of Minnesota, moved from a place of resilient love & fierce compassion for our neighbors, practice bravery.
