the truth of interdependence & the value of our time & how we can benefit this world with that time is at the forefront of my mind in light of all that is happening. for whom do i cast my vote, for whom do i speak up & stand up with in solidarity? what words & actions am i putting forth into the world, like seeds being planted? how am i tending to the conditions that support those seeds, so the future may be healthier, happier, & more peaceful for generations to come? am i aligning with love or cruelty? 

happy 91st birthday to the subject of my first book report as a child in school, my first hero who continues to be heroic, the aware & wise, Dr. Jane Goodall.
