are we courageous enough to let it all in & allow our hearts to break open?

with an open heart & steady mind, we can bear witness to the suffering of this world. with an open heart & steady mind, we can be receptive to the calls for help & can engage fierce, wise compassion to be of benefit for a suffering world, a world calling for our tenderness & care.
