delusion is the birth of suffering. from delusion comes fear, grasping and aggression. the suffering and causes of suffering begin within our own hearts, then into our words, our actions, then into habits, and then into patterns which eventually can be so hard to see, to become undone.

may hearts open, may awareness and clarity arise.
