the insane cruelty of this. a sacred life cut short due to hate, fueled by harmful rhetoric sourced in fear and ignorance.

not just the students, but the teachers? the school officials?
the level of inhumanity continues to astonish me.

we as a society have failed you Nex. we have failed to protect your precious and sacred life.

to my trans and nonbinary friends/family. i love you and cherish your embodiment of love and life in this world. you are worthy of life, worthy of safety and non-harm, you are worthy of happiness and love in all its flourishing. may you thrive.

for those who support such bigotry, fear, hate and harm, may you wake up in heart and mind. may awareness, empathy, clarity, and love awaken and arise within your heart and mind.

may we all be free from suffering.
